I came in early in morning while passing through town and wasn’t expecting much, but the baristas were amazing! I didn’t even realize it was S’mores Day, but the partner who was outside changing the signs took the time to help me before I even ordered. When I got to the drive-thru window, the barista there was just as friendly and welcoming. The whole team created such a positive atmosphere, and it really stood out. Great customer service all around!

I come into this Starbucks to do some work once a month, and I've been impressed with the service! I don't write reviews typically but felt compelled.

I've ordered from this store at least once a week and they ALWAYS FORGET SOMETHING. The delivery service they use is of no help, either. All they do is blame each other. How stupid do you have to be to CONSISTENTLY FORGET an item?? Ridiculous.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. After waiting in the drive-through line, I was treated quite rudely at the window. I requested a souvenir cup, but instead of politely explaining that I needed to come inside to see the selection at the counter when taking my order, the staff member at the window was dismissive and blunt, refusing to sell me a cup. He said there are too many cups for him to bring to the window and show me. I’m not going to bring multiple cups to the window and ask which one you would like to purchase. I didn’t realize this store had a whole gift shop filled with cups. All I wanted was one souvenir cup alone with my gift card. I never asked him to show me a selection of cups or requested that he bring multiple cups to the window. He could’ve brought one cup, but instead of doing his job, he chose to be rude, acting as if I’m aware of their inventory. To make matters worse, the Frappuccino I paid for was incredibly watery and lacked flavor. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here, which matches what I’ve seen in many recent reviews. There are plenty of other coffee shops that value their customers; I will be taking my business else

I've generally had a very good experience at this Starbucks. Sometimes I've had an excellent experience too. It can get busy at times.
